Dear Parents and Students,
Summer is here once again and we are pleased to announce our Summer Day Camp that will provide a safe and fun atmosphere for children ages 4 - 15.
This camp will be open to everyone, not just karate students. This year our camp will feature activities in fitness, life skills, self-defense, bully prevention,
mindfulness and beyond. We will split the ages into two groups for each day of activities. Ages 4 to 8 will be Dinosaur and Ages 9 to 15 will be Dragon.
Here is some information that will help make this program a success.
SUMMER DAY CAMP TIMES:
We will have two fun filled weeks available, the first will be June 26 to June 30, and the second will be July 10 to July 14.
You can register for both. The activities will be from 9:00am to 3:00pm.
REGISTRATION:
Registration is first come, first serve and space will be limited!
We are only allowing 50 participants.
Please note that all registrations have a $49.00 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.
Camp T-Shirt, lunch, snacks, and drinks are provided.
EARLY BIRD FEES:Save $14.00 Registration must be made before May 1st, 2023 - $145.00
REGULAR FEES:All registrations made after April 30th, 2023 to $159.00
DROP-OFF TIMES:
Drop off each day will be between 8:00am to 9:00am. Please do not come earlier than 8:00am
All participants must be signed in by a parent / guardian. Please notify us if somebody different will be picking up your child. DO NOT drop-off your child at the front door.
PICK-UP TIMES:
Please pick-up your child between 3:00pm to 4:00pm. Children have to be signed out by parent / guardian / designated person each day.
*Late fees for all pick-ups after 4:00pm will be $15.00, after 4:30pm $35.00. Late fees must be paid immediately upon pickup.
DAILY ITEMS TO BRING:
An extra t-shirt in case a spill or accident would occur, a book to read during our quiet time and enthusiasm for the day.
ITEMS NOT ALLOWED:
Please leave money, electronic devices, and toys at home. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
LUNCH:
Lunch, snacks, and drinks will be provided each day. Please let us know if your child has any specific food allergies.
SPECIAL NEEDS:
If there are any special considerations that you feel that we to be aware of regarding your child (medications, allergies, behavioral problems, illnesses, etc.), please let us know.
GROUND RULES:
It is our goal to ensure that each participant has an enjoyable and fulfilling experience
in our program. We will always emphasize positive ways to deal with difficult situations.
Everyone is here to have fun! Bullying, dangerous play and violence will not be tolerated! Our policies on discipline include verbal warnings, time-outs, and possible removal from the program.
REFUND POLICY:
30 Days prior to the first day of your scheduled camp
there is full refund (minus the NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT).
Anything between 2 weeks and 30 days to the first day of your scheduled camp
there is 50% refund (minus the NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT).
NO REFUNDS will be given within 2 weeks of your first day of scheduled camp.
PROGRAM CANCELLATION:
We reserve the right to cancel any summer day camp session due to insufficient enrollment.
All monies will be refunded.
